The Patels
Our Process
We aim to give you the highest quality wedding video that a company can provide, tailored specifically to you and your wedding. No couple is the same, which means no wedding is the same, so we take each new wedding as an opportunity to create something unique and spectacular. Prior to the wedding, preferably weeks or even months in advance, we will meet with you to go over any ideas that you may have wanted to be included in the final video. We will then lay out what we had in mind with your ideas incorporated into it.
After the meeting, and after getting a feel for your personalities and who you are, we will then begin the planning phase. We will scout out the location of the wedding, the reception and any other places where we will be filming on the big day. We'll figure out exactly where we want cameras and how we will shoot it, down to the tiniest detail. Coordination with the photographer (assuming you hire one) and wedding planner is also a good idea during this time so that we can know exactly when and where people are going to be.
On the day of the wedding (or wedding rehearsal, depending upon which option you choose), we will arrive early and begin filming from then on. We will capture every moment from the second you arrive to when you drive, ride, run, or fly off at the end of the night. You will not have to stress one little bit about whether we will be there or whether we captured something. We use 4-5 cameras at a time, so there will always be a camera running.
The final step is the editing and delivery process. While most wedding video companies have a three to six month turnaround, we guarantee delivery within six weeks. The average turnaround for one of our videos is two weeks, we only add the extra four in case of extreme circumstances.

Your Options
We try to keep it as simple as possible when it comes to what packages we offer. So we narrowed it down to two options. Please keep in mind that not only are you paying for the all of the filming the day of the event, but also the planning prior to and the very long hours of editing after the wedding.
The Single ($4,000)
To sum it up neatly, you get our services for the entire day of the wedding, from beginning to end. That means if you have a bridal brunch or the groomsmen have a pre-wedding game of basketball, we can be there to record those moments, if that's what you want. This also includes all planning and editing prior to and after the wedding day.
The Double ($7,000)
Yep, you guessed it. This is the two-day package. If the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner are important to get on film, then this is the package for you. We will begin filming before the rehearsal starts and continue through the end of the rehearsal dinner. Then we'll wake up the next morning and spend another beautiful day filming you and your loved ones. This once again includes all planning and editing prior to and after the wedding weekend.
Editing Options (included in both packages)
If you only want the highlight video, we can provide that. If you want a little bit more, like the full ceremony or the best man speech or even the pre-wedding festivities, we can provide those as well. The video(s) will be delivered to you (and/or uploaded by us) in a digital format that you can then upload or share with whomever you like. No purchases of the digital file will have to be made by anyone.

Reviews
"Jake and I met before the wedding to discuss what I wanted to see in a wedding video and answered all of my questions. He started filming at the church for the ceremony and continued at the Park City Club for the reception. Jake was so professional and quickly got us the video and highlights. Both the highlights video and full length video were above and beyond my expectations. He did such a wonderful job and a year later my husband and I still love to watch our video. I would recommend Jake to any of my friends looking for a wedding videographer."
